Jen shares her magic in three ways:

As a Coach, a Consultant and a Speaker.

As a Coach:

Jen is a certified One Of Many coach and is fully behind the mission to equip one million women with the tools of Soft Power. It’s through this way of working and being that Jen has been able to achieve greater fun and freedom in her own life and is able to be on this website now telling you this! (Before she was a little burnout and very much hiding her sparkle). She greatly resonates with the One of Many call to do more, give more, be more…. and leave a powerful legacy.

The One of Many journey is a 12-week program designed to:

  • Help you create create a major shift/transformation in an area of your life which is causing you frustration.
  • Let go of the habits of Superwoman and create better results with less push and effort.
  • Learn how to use a new kind of power to achieve, without burnout and sacrificing those things which are most important to you.
  • You will discover your Women’s PowerTypes and how to use them to create the changes you want to see.

From the first session, Jen will work with you to identify your intentions for the program and any barriers to your success. From that she will draw on dozens of tools and exercises to tailor the best program to help you get the results you want to see and will hold you to account for taking action throughout the program.

By the end of the 12-weeks you can expect a profound shift in how you approach everything in life, significant results in the area we focus on for the course and a whole heap of fun.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 12 week One Of Many course. I originally signed up because I was struggling with balancing my day-to-day life. I have chronic health problems, three children and am trying to set up a business. I was feeling very frayed at the edges and struggling to find a balance, I was also feeling rather stressed and worried and like I wasn’t doing anything properly.

When Jen posted that she was looking for people to sign up for her new coaching course, I thought that it would be a fantastic opportunity to try and regain a little balance in my life, and also to try and improve my ability to manage my business. I really didn’t know what to expect from the course. I hadn’t heard of One of Many before, and I wasn’t sure what the course was going to entail. However, from the first session, it made a huge amount of sense and I started to see why I had been struggling with stress levels and trying to be ‘superwoman’ so much.

Learning about the different power types, and changing my mindset to be much kinder to myself has helped immensely. I’ve started to focus on the things that I *can* do, and on taking care of my own needs and working to my strengths, rather than running around like a headless chicken trying to be all things to all people.

Learning about energy matching, and focusing on completing tasks at times of the day when your energies match what you need to do has really helped too. I now know that mornings are my ‘getting stuff done’ time. I employ Warioress or Queen power types after I’ve taken the kids to school to help me answer emails, work on the computer, purchase stock etc. When it gets to lunchtime, I know that my energy has changed and so I spend the time between lunch and picking the kids up from school in either Lover or Sorceress, allowing myself time to think, relax, plan, and have some time for me. This means that I am a lot less stressed, and am more productive by far. The business is growing steadily and I’m enjoying it a lot more than I was just a few short months ago. This is a huge change from before when I was living in ‘Mother’ all the time, and was unable to shift from being ‘mum’ to everyone, and struggling to get things done that didn’t need me in that role.

It was really helpful to learn about what makes me happy and relaxed. I hadn’t thought about it properly before, but now i make sure that every day I have some time outside. This really helps with me feeling more peaceful and in control. It doesn’t have to be much, just a cup of tea in the garden, or strolling home gently with the dog after the school run, but knowing that time is mine and is recharging me makes a huge difference.

During the course, my life changed quite dramatically. My daughter became very ill and so my focus changed a lot to having to become a carer for her rather than just a mum. The tools that Jen gave me allowed me not to feel as stressed and worried as I would have done otherwise, and to cope really well with the change of situation.

We also worked on some of my anxieties -a big one being a fear of making phone calls! We worked out that this stems back to me feeling like i’m not worth listening to, and worrying about interrupting people, and just generally feeling rather insecure. We did an entire session on working through this, and visualising the way that I wanted to be instead, as well as working out which powertypes would help me to make different phone calls. The result is that I now find it a LOT easier to pick up the phone and call suppliers or customers (or anyone!) and don’t have that initial anxious feeling before i start dialling. It has been really beneficial!

Jen is also really good with business advice, as well as One of Many coaching. She is a successful small business owner and knows a lot about how to start up and build a business. Her advice has been invaluable on many levels, both on practical things such as mailing lists, and on more gentle things, like balance, and how to break up your time to accomplish everything that you need without burning out.

I really would recommend the One of Many course, and Coach Jen in particular! It really does help to bring a lot more balance to your life, take away the stress, and help you to see what you have the energy for, rather than concentrating on what you don’t have the energy for.

I am a lot more confident, relaxed, and better organised than I ever have been, and can see myself going from strength to strength now and building my business happily instead of stressfully.

Thanks Jen!
